Shoghi Effendi's active and major works as a Guardian of the Baha'i Faith attracted many people in all walks of life and the Baha'i communities become the fast growing, world spiritual movement for peace, love and unity. His outstanding effort to read and reply to thousands of letters, and volume of services he did to translate the writings of Bab, Baha'ulla'h and Abdul-Baha; plus his love and dedication to the Baha'i faith, are indescribable.

He spent every minute of his time to promote the faith. He created a higher respect and integrity for the Baha'i community. Also, during his little spare time he wrote several and remarkable articles and books about the Baha'i faith. ----------During his ministry many National Spiritual Assemblies were formed in different countries. In 1948, increasing contact had been established with the United Nations to recognize the Baha'i Movement for peace, love and unity. In those depressive years of the World war II, he worked restlessly with his countless letters to the Baha'i communities and individual.

He had an outstanding quality and glorious affection to create a new true hope for all the Baha'is and to carry out his teachings on the Baha'u'lla'h's messages; how the present divided systems in the planet would realize the solution for the unification of the world and stabilising peace and tranquillity among all the countries for reconciliation. To explain and describe the Baha'i way of life were on top of his agenda.

Shoghi Effendi's unexpected ascension in the 4th November 1957, shook all the Baha'is world wide. He passed away in London during his last visit. His pure body was laid down in London. He was only 60 year old when his soul flew to the paradise of God's kingdom. -

He had a strong spiritual personality who gave his life and time for the service of the Baha'i faith. He tried hard to create more opportunity to learn about the truth of Baha'u'lla'h messages. His name is as pure as diamond in the History of the Baha'i faith. God bless his sole.
