One of the important teachings and the Principles of the Baha'i Faith is "Equality Between all Mankind". In this world right now there are so many discriminations among all the people and are affecting their human rights, freedom of speech, freedom of expression and their job qualification.

The Declaration of Human Rights in many cases does not attract those important people-decision makers in the big companies. They choose the people they don't follow the rule, they discriminate the people and choose the people they like. As a result, many honourable good people, educated, qualified, healthy and very peaceful, they do not exercise their human rights due to intimidation and pressure that come from others.

The Baha'i Faith believes that -

First; those honourable, peaceful (millions) of them who obey the law, who have the qualification - have good education; no body should stop them to get good work and good income serving their family and serving the society.

Second - Equality between all mankind is justified in front of the Almighty God. They are all the same, who want to move themselves for better life. there are very few people, they don't get education, they don't get qualification, they do not obey the law- they break the law, but very few of them which they go with violating activities and wish to have a kind of life easily in this way. We know that this way does not work. They don't get result, exception miseries and disadvantages.

All industrious people in this world, no matter where they live, they try to establish themselves with a good friendship and relationship with other people especially in business, in family, in travel, in hobbies and any other kinds of work, to reconciliate themselves, to engage on their day-to-day work successfully, because they are looking for good friendship and relationship with all other people.

Many government in this world right now, they stick to their man-made political system with manifesto; they campaign for themselves; one of them get more vote and they the become the government. They cannot really give the human right advantage to every body. The result is, the world today, they become separated differently between the high-class, rich-class, low-class, middle-class, poor-class, and many people they don't get really the kind of life they need to have.

The Baha'i Faith believes that "Equality between all Mankind" is the voice of the truth powered by spiritually adopted meditation to remove permanently this evil of discrimination among all the people.

"In the commemoration of God, have served the oneness of the world of humanity, have shown love to all religions, have remained aloof from every religious prejudice and have been kind to all people. The Divine religions must be the cause of oneness among men, and the means of unity and love; they must promulgate universal peace, free man from every prejudice, bestow joy and gladness, exercise kindness to all the men and do away with every difference and distinction."
